The way that this works is that a cooling device is placed on the skin and over a period of 60 minutes the device slowly cools the underlying fat cells. After water crystallizes in the fat cell, the body recognizes this cell as damaged and removes the cell from the area. The result is that over a 6 week period, after the non invasive treatment, the body absorbs the fat cells. This results in reduction of fat in the treatment area and an improvement in contour.
